Dr. F. Sevde Ersan, DDS, PhD

Dr. Ersan, also known as "Dr. E" by patients, practices general and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Ersan graduated from the University of Ankara School of Dental Medicine in 1988, and went on to receive a PhD in restorative dentistry at the University of Istanbul School of Dental Medicine in 1997, before starting her own private practice in Istanbul. 

Upon moving to Rochester in 2002, she completed a two year advanced education in General Dentistry at the University of Rochester / Eastman Institute for Oral Health, and then served as an associate dentist and managing clinical director in dental practices in the Rochester area for twelve years. She opened Apple Blossom Dental in Williamson in 2014. Continuing education is a top priority for Dr. Ersan; she completes dental seminars and coursework to keep her knowledge up to date. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, New York Dental Association, and Seventh District Dental Society. Dr. Ersan is also committed to educating the next generation of dentists and serves as a part-time teaching faculty member in the Department of General Dentistry at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health.

A fun fact about Dr. Ersan is that she studied abroad in Germany while she was in graduate school! When she is not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her personal hobbies include traveling, hiking, and cooking delicious foods.
